About this position

• Organize and plan the site installation in collaboration with the project manager.
• Communicate instructions to the installation team.
• Make sure that the work fulfills the client’s expectations.
• When necessary, ensure that the team works overtime to meet deadlines.
• Interact with internal and external clients.
• Supervise the subcontractors.
• Contribute to fostering teamwork by providing strong leadership and creating a positive working environment.
• Ensure respect for occupational health and safety.
• Write reports such as inspections, time evaluations, progress monitoring and invoicing.
• If necessary, use different types of lifting equipment (lift, platform-lift, zoom-boom, etc.).
• Perform verification of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Required Profile

• Vocational training (DEP) in industrial mechanics, electromechanical or other fields.
• Minimum experience of 10 years in mechanical equipment installation.
• 5 years experience as a foreman.
• A strong command of English.
• Be autonomous and resourceful.
• Available for variable hours and frequent travel (80%) (Canada, US, Overseas).
• Available to work abroad for extended periods.
• Strong ability to read mechanical plans.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Be a good communicator.
