About this position

  • Prioritize files according to urgency; make the necessary follow-ups and reminders.
  • Participate in contingency management for the smooth running of company operations as a whole and unified inter-building management (the Machinex campus includes 10 buildings).
  • Manage the Director’s emails, correspondence and agenda.
  • Participate actively in the management of various projects.
  • Participate in the improvement and ensure digital filing following the document management approach.
  • Coordinate the agenda of committee meetings and make the necessary arrangements for the holding of these meetings.
  • Prepare documentation for management meetings.
  • Support management for any request, contract, document, letter, budget, or other necessary documents.
  • Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures for management in collaboration with the HR department.
  • Participate in the linguistic revision of documents before their publication.
  • Actively participate in various improvements.
  • Take the initiative and demonstrate proactivity daily in decision-making and the performance of tasks in their field of expertise.
  • Represent management with professionalism and confidence in both verbal and written communications.

Required Profile

  • You have relevant training or experience.
  • You have excellent spelling skills.
  • You have a sense of initiative and autonomy. You are dynamic and detail-oriented.
  • You are appreciated for being organized, promoting teamwork, and exhibiting leadership qualities.
