About this position
Serve as the main point of contact for all spare parts and after-sales service inquiries from assigned customers.
Support customers through to the complete and satisfactory resolution of their requests.
Efficiently prepare and process quotations and orders within established deadlines, while ensuring a high level of quality.
Assess technical requirements based on customer requests (required parts, labor, specialized tools, etc.), then plan and closely follow up on service interventions.
Actively collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to provide effective, sustainable solutions tailored to each situation.
Required Profile
Have education in a field related to mechanics or relevant experience in parts, sales, or technical customer service;
Be comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite and ERP-type data processing software;
Have functional proficiency in English to ensure high-quality customer service in both languages;
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with a clear focus on customer service and follow-up;
Be structured, well-organized, and quality-oriented;
Be proactive, autonomous, resourceful, and able to analyze problems and find effective solutions.
