About this position
Leadership and team management
- Supervise, mobilize and develop a team of developers;
- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding and integration of new employees;
- Carry out performance evaluations and support career progression;
- Foster a collaborative and respectful work environment.
Project Management & Delivery
- Work closely with the Product Manager to clarify functional requirements and acceptance criteria;
- Validate the technical feasibility of requests and propose optimized solutions;
- Plan and coordinate development activities (sprints, prioritization, etc.);
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality standards;
- Identify and manage technical and organizational risks;
- Ensure the application of best practices (code reviews, automated tests, CI/CD).
Leadership technique
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technological orientations;
- Maintain a high level of quality, security and performance of the solutions;
- Encourage continuous improvement and innovation.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Act as a strategic partner to the Product Manager;
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies ( sprint planning, reviews);
- Translate business needs into clear technical implications for the team;
- Proactively communicate technical constraints, risks and impacts.
Required Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field;
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in software development;
- Relevant experience in team management;
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and environments, including Scrum and Kanban;
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills;
- Analytical mindset with strong judgment and decision-making abilities;
- Highly results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving objectives and delivering high-quality outcomes.
