About this position

Leadership and team management

  • Supervise, mobilize and develop a team of developers;
  • Participate in the recruitment, onboarding and integration of new employees;
  • Carry out performance evaluations and support career progression;
  • Foster a collaborative and respectful work environment.

Project Management & Delivery

  • Work closely with the Product Manager to clarify functional requirements and acceptance criteria;
  • Validate the technical feasibility of requests and propose optimized solutions;
  • Plan and coordinate development activities (sprints, prioritization, etc.);
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality standards;
  • Identify and manage technical and organizational risks;
  • Ensure the application of best practices (code reviews, automated tests, CI/CD).

Leadership technique

  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technological orientations;
  • Maintain a high level of quality, security and performance of the solutions;
  • Encourage continuous improvement and innovation.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Act as a strategic partner to the Product Manager;
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies ( sprint planning, reviews);
  • Translate business needs into clear technical implications for the team;
  • Proactively communicate technical constraints, risks and impacts.

Required Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in software development;
  • Relevant experience in team management;
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and environments, including Scrum and Kanban;
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills;
  • Analytical mindset with strong judgment and decision-making abilities;
  • Highly results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving objectives and delivering high-quality outcomes.
