MACHINEX APPOINTS MADISON SCHMALZ AS WESTERN REGION SALES MANAGER

PLESSISVILLE, Quebec – July 30, 2026 – Machinex is pleased to announce the appointment of Madison Schmalz as Western Region Sales Manager. Having previously served as a Sales Engineer with the company since February 2023, Madison now transitions into a customer-facing sales role. Based in Machinex’s Phoenix office, Madison will collaborate with the sales team to strengthen customer relationships and support growth opportunities throughout the Western Region.

Since joining Machinex, Madison has developed a strong understanding of the company’s technologies, systems, and customer needs through her work as a Sales Engineer. Her technical expertise, industry knowledge, and collaborative approach make her well-positioned to help customers identify innovative solutions that maximize the performance of their recycling operations.

Madison spent over four years in the aerospace industry as a Mechanical Designer and Quality Control Technician, developing expertise in design, quality standards, and technical inspection processes. During this time, she also earned her degree in general engineering, giving her a combination of academic and hands-on experience that laid the technical foundation for her career at Machinex.
