Following the successful startup of two systems in 2025, two additional systems are scheduled to begin operations in 2026.

The latest facility began operations just two weeks ago, marking another step forward in optimizing waste processing. Developed in collaboration with the City of Phoenix, Republic Services, and Interstate Waste Services (IWS), these three projects integrate advanced sorting technologies to improve efficiency, increase recovery rates, and support long-term sustainability goals.
Machinex is proud to announce the design, manufacturing, and installation of Quebec’s first recycling facility built to meet the requirements of the province’s curbside recycling system reform under the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) framework. Inaugurated today, the Montreal-Est Material Recovery Facility (MRF) was developed in collaboration with Éco Entreprises Québec (ÉEQ), the Designated Management Organization (DMO) for this initiative.
Machinex is pleased to announce its collaboration with PureCycle Technologies Inc. to deliver a 100% automated sorting system in Denver, PA dedicated to plastics recycling. PureCycle, a leading polypropylene recycler, transforms polypropylene into ultra-pure recycled resin, enabling it to be used multiple times as a renewable resource. This facility has the capacity to process 10 metric tons per hour relying on zero manual sorters.
